reservation deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required
to reserve your rental unit. The deposit is refundable until
2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival at which time, the
remaining balance is due. Deposits may be refunded within
2 weeks prior to arrival if Beach House Rentals is able to
successfully lease the unit to another party. |

$200 security deposit is required for all first-time guests,
$100 if you've been with us before. A separate check is due
with the final payment to be held at Fifth Third Bank for
the performance of the terms of this agreement. Please make
checks payable to: Beach
House Rentals. |

| Check-in
is 3 p.m. on Sunday and check-out is 11 a.m. the following
Sunday. Cleaning services are scheduled from 11 a.m. until
3 p.m. so there is no early check in or late check out please.
